Ms. Paula Neal,
Head of Preschool

As a graduate of The Ohio State University with more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve dedicated my career to creating safe, joyful, and enriching environments for young learners. I’ve served as a Pre-K teacher, administrator, and owner in NAEYC-accredited and GOLD rated centers, always prioritizing children’s well-being, emotional security, and love of learning.

 

My visit to Reggio Emilia, Italy deeply shaped my philosophy. Inspired by its child-centered approach, I designed our school to feel like a home away from home—a place where children are encouraged to explore their natural talents as artists, scientists, thinkers, and creators.

 

At LLKPA, I am committed to surrounding your child with educators who lead with compassion, integrity, and emotional intelligence—professionals who are not only highly skilled, but genuinely joyful about their work and devoted to helping children thrive. I take great pride in coaching educators to become award‑winning practitioners through intentional, high‑quality teaching practices, and I am always looking to promote the strongest leaders into administrative roles where they can inspire others.

Hiring 7:30 to 4:30 & 8:30 to 5:30 (1 each per class)

  • 2-Infant-Toddler Teachers (Birth to 3 Years Old)

  • 2-Preschool Teachers (Mixed Age 3-5 Years)

  • 1-Support Teacher (Part-time 12:30 to 5:30)
