OPEN HOUSE: Saturdays 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
To preregister for space during the pre-licensing process, each family will be placed into the appropriate category based on their status.
Families Receiving County Subsidies

As of today’s date, you must provide proof of current Title XX approval and the expiration date before paying the $25.00 deposit per child. The expiration date must extend beyond June 2026.

During pre‑registration, your child’s spot is held with a refundable $25 deposit per child, provided they begin on their scheduled Day 1 or Day 2.

If your child does not attend on their scheduled start date, the $25 deposit per child will be forfeited and becomes non‑refundable. No exceptions.

When the time comes, Laugh & Learn Kindergarten Prep Academy will remind you to notify the county of your child’s official start date.

County authorization must be active in our system by your child’s first day of care.

Private Tuition Families

If you are not currently approved for Title XX, you are considered private pay and must secure your child’s space by paying a non‑refundable one‑week private tuition deposit per child, which will be applied to the first scheduled week of school. No exceptions.

Laugh & Learn Kindergarten Prep Academy will notify you of your child’s scheduled start date.

All Families

If a child does not start on the scheduled date, the seat will be offered to the next family on the waitlist. A space can only be held longer if the family chooses to pay the full‑time weekly rate in advance.

Payment is accepted in cash only.

The signed deposit payment form, with both the parent/guardian and Head of Preschool signatures, will serve as your receipt and agreement.
We’re excited to welcome your family and begin this joyous journey together. To help us prepare your child’s personal space, the following state‑required paperwork will be provided onsite or sent via email and must be fully completed before your child is provided a start date.

Special Note: LLKPA will only administer prescription medication when it is needed for a life‑threatening emergency (such as an inhaler, nebulizer, or EpiPen). LLKPA does not administer non‑prescription medication. However, topical products—such as diaper ointment and lotion—may be applied when we have a signed authorization form on file.

Tuition
To help us provide the best care for your child, private tuition and county weekly co-payment is collected in advance each Friday for the following week. This policy is firm to ensure smooth operations and consistent care.
PROMOTIONAL PRIVATE WEEKLY TUITION!
1. Infant 6 weeks to 18 months: $325.00
2. Toddler 18 months to 3 years: $292.15
3. Preschool 3 to 5 years: $258.00
PUBLICLY FUNDED CHILDCARE/TITLE XX
We will assist eligible families in applying for or transferring their current authorized Publicly Funded Childcare/Title XX, and Childcare Voucher to LLKPA.
Please have the following documents ready when completing the Department of Children and Youth online application at Self Service Portal Home Page:
1. Household information,
2. Documentation of one or more of the participating activities:

Income (pay stub) or signed, dated statement from employer on company letterhead (state date(s), pay rate,

Work schedule), or
-
School schedule, and
3. Birth certificate(s) for child(ren) needing care
4. A child can start care only after all required paperwork and documentation have been submitted and approved by the county, or if the family chooses to pay the private weekly tuition rate while waiting for approval. If the county later covers care that was already provided, any payments made by the family will be refunded.
FREE Discovery Day
Discovery Day offers a chance for your child to experience a 4-hour day (8AM to Noon) at Laugh & Learn Kindergarten Prep Academy before finalizing your decision on a new early care and learning program. It allows your family to become acquainted with our educators and the school's atmosphere.

Effective October 2026
Drop-In Day Pass
When a seat is available on any given day, a Day Pass may be purchased for $90 per child. Payment is required prior to services. Children using a Day Pass must be healthy, no medication will be administered, and there should be no behavioral concerns. All required emergency paperwork must be on file.
Effective October 2026 and provided space is available
Family Referral
Once both the referring and referred families have paid all tuition and fees and have completed 30 school days of enrollment, the referring family will receive a one-time $100 discount on the next week's tuition. Furthermore, the name of the referring family should be mentioned at the time of the tour or enrollment to acknowledge their contribution.
Staff Referral
At LLKPA, we hire and keep A-Players who care for, nurture, and help your little ones grow. If one of our amazing team members moves on to new adventures, we welcome referrals from our staff and families for candidates who share our mission, philosophy, and supportive team spirit.
When a referred candidate is hired and successfully completes LLKPA’s 3‑month probationary journey, the referring person will receive a one-time $100 thank-you stipend. For more information and a copy of the performance description, please stop by and see our head of preschool.
